Freedom blooms...

"From a grounded breath, freedom blooms.
Delight in the unexpected.
Don't be afraid to start again and again.
And most importantly,
don't be afraid to surprise yourself."
From "Writing begins with the breath - Laraine Herring

I love this idea Linni!

May we live in that love, that grounded breath which is the foundation of every true faith...

And bloom like the little flowers
that know it is time....

You're my hero of tenderness, ;)

Love to you, M

How beautifully the crimson center of each blossom pops out against that chartreuse background! What a gorgeous photo.

And the verse is the epitome of good writing advice...or life advice, hey? Deep breath...let it out and let it be what it is. Thank you :)

so many good things happen when we begin to participate in our breathing...breathing in i notice that God is giving me good things, replenishing each cell...breathing out i notice that God is asking me to let go of things that are poisoning me. so good.
